1. Check the appearance of each component to see if it is complete, whether there is any damage or not, and check the on-board tools and vulnerable parts according to the instructions.

Check if the weld quality is good, and the casting part has defects such as pores and blisters. Observe whether the parking floor has oil marks and water marks and whether there are oil leakage and water leakage. Check whether the connector is secure, whether the bolts and nuts are loose, how much carbon is accumulated in the exhaust pipe, whether the paint color is normal, whether there are oil marks, whether the paint and the plating surface are peeled off or bruised.

2, check the intrinsic quality

1 Crankshaft inward clearance and radial clearance: used for horizontal and vertical rotation of the flywheel, should block the obvious turbulence, freely rotate, no stuck phenomenon. 2 Compression performance: After decompression (the throttle is not supplied with oil), the handle should be turned with one hand and should not be light or heavy, and it feels normal. Then, quickly turn the start handle and release the decompression handle, the piston should be able to exceed one compression stroke. 3 Oil supply situation: After refueling, the air in the oil path is drained, the throttle is supplied with oil and decompressed, and the handle is shaken at a medium speed, and the sound can be heard. 4 start performance: start in the correct way, the Engine should be able to catch fire at a time, up to three times. 5 Operation: After starting the operation, the oil indicating buoy should be raised. When the throttle is in the large, medium and small positions, it should be able to run smoothly, the sound is soft, there is no knocking and abnormal sound, and the exhaust should be basically smoke-free.

3. Check the operating part
1 Clutch working condition: When the clutch brake handle is placed in the “off” position, the gear can be easily hung up without a “click” sound. When the clutch brake handle is slowly relaxed, the tractor should start smoothly. 2Whether the brake is valid: When the clutch brake handle is pulled to the "brake" position, the tractor should stop immediately. 3 Steering situation: Use medium and small throttles, hang the low gear, and pinch the steering handles on both sides. At this time, the tractor should be able to turn to the side of the handle that is pinched.

4, check the walking situation

When the shift lever is placed in any gear position, the tractor should be able to obtain a corresponding direction and speed of travel. When walking, the gearbox and gearbox should have no abnormal noise. Check whether the bearing caps of all parts are hot, whether the power generation and lighting are good, whether the tire rubber is aging or not, and whether the tire pressure is normal.
